|
-Initial Proposal for Mr. Bill O'Dea was to conduct field study by colonizing buffer strips surrounding pond @ Lincoln Park Center - Rejected due to frequent public access to pond @ Lincoln Park Center, recent investments by county in landscaping surrounding buffer strips, pavement between buffer strips and pond, and the pond is tidal (not isolated) - Agreed to allocate $500 in funds, lend tools/supplies, and volunteers to make field study happen but at different location |
